Last Updated: October 23, 2026

Welcome to the website of IKON Recovery Centers (“IKON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ikonrecoverycenters.org, its web forms, and our text messaging program. By using the Website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

This Website provides general information about IKON, behavioral healthcare, substance use disorder treatment, mental health services, levels of care, admissions, insurance verification, and related resources. It is for general informational and educational purposes and does not replace professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Medical Advice or Provider-Patient Relationship

Nothing on this Website is medical advice or creates a provider-patient relationship. Do not rely on it to diagnose or treat any condition. Admission, eligibility, level-of-care recommendations, and clinical decisions are made separately through our admissions and clinical assessment processes. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about your health.

3. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

This Website, our web forms, email, and text messaging are not emergency services and must not be used to report urgent medical, psychiatric, or safety concerns.

  • In a mental health or suicide-related crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Admissions and Insurance Information

Information on this Website about insurance, benefits, eligibility, or cost is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Insurance verification relies on information from you, your family, your carrier, or other third parties. Final coverage decisions belong to the insurance carrier and may be subject to deductibles, co-payments, coinsurance, exclusions, medical necessity requirements, authorizations, and other plan limits. Admission decisions are based on clinical appropriateness and other applicable requirements.

When you submit a form, you authorize us to use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate treatment options, perform the services you request, and communicate with you as permitted by law. Submitting a form does not by itself consent you to text messages. Text message consent is collected separately through the checkboxes described in Section 7.
