Annalise Wilner is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and complex trauma in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. She earned her Master of Social Work from Montclair State University and is currently working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
Annalise provides compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve lasting healing and personal growth.
Outside of the office, Annalise enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking, and relaxing with reality television.
