Candace Kotkin-De Carvalho is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) with more than a decade of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. Specializing in addiction treatment, mental health, and complex trauma, Candace is recognized for her compassionate, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach to care.
A graduate of Fordham University, Candace has extensive experience working across multiple levels of care within the behavioral health continuum, supporting individuals and families on their path toward long-term healing and recovery. In addition to her clinical expertise, she is passionate about clinical leadership, team development, and creating supportive environments that foster meaningful change for both patients and staff.
Outside of her professional work, Candace enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and remains deeply committed to personal wellness and connection.
