Courtney West MSW, LCSW, LCADC, ICGC-I, EMDR-T

Courtney West is a dedicated Primary Therapist committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to those navigating mental health and substance use challenges. She specializes in the treatment of complex trauma and has extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches designed to support long-term healing and personal growth.

Courtney is an EMDR-trained therapist recognized by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals process traumatic experiences and reduce the impact of distressing symptoms. She also holds specialized training in gambling counseling through the International Gambling Counselor Certification Board Level I Gambling Counseling Certification program and has experience supporting individuals affected by compulsive gambling behaviors. Additionally, Courtney is passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community and creating a safe, affirming therapeutic environment where clients can feel supported and empowered.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Courtney earned both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her graduate degree in Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as well as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) through the state of New Jersey.
Courtney believes that healing begins with connection, trust, and understanding. Through a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, she works collaboratively with clients to help them build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve meaningful, lasting change on their journey toward wellness.
